  • Dyna Mpasuka

    PROGRAM IMPACT AND DEVELOPMENT LEAD

    Dyna is an experienced development practitioner with over ten years of experience in non-profit, managing community-based and market-driven programs.  She also has extensive technical experience in agribusiness support, market-systems development, and supporting local entrepreneurship in cash-crop value chains. Dyna is responsible for all programmatic activities related to the substantive work of CAP. 

  • Kettie Munthali

    COUNTRY LEAD

    Kettie has spent more than 20 years managing employees, budgets, projects, and partners. She is responsible to develop, implement and monitor CAP strategies by contributing administrative and financial information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic direction. Kettie also monitors processes necessary to ensure financial and program implementation accuracy and compliance with donor and CAP’s requirements, and in compliance with Malawi law and governmental policy.

  • Yohane Kalinde

    OPERATIONS MANAGER

    Yohane is an experienced Operations Manager with a passion for sustainable agriculture and community development. He is dedicated to driving the success of CAP working closely with colleagues to improve the livelihoods of farming communities, developing strategies aimed at optimizing farm productivity while ensuring sustainable practices.

  • Angelique Tuyisenge

    COUNTRY LEAD

    Angelique has over 18 years of experience in project management, specifically in senior executive roles. Her career milestones include a five-year stint as the Country Manager for CDI Rwanda, and four years in the same capacity at TechnoServe Rwanda, alongside roles such as National Coordinator at KINDERNOTHILFE and Senior Program Manager at Population Services International.

    Over her career, Angelique has been entrusted with managing multiple programs for reputable entities such as USAID, AGRA, The Mastercard Foundation, and the Government of the Netherlands. In these capacities, her focus areas have been human resources, finance, and risk management.

  • Deogratias Francis

    FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER

    Deogratias (Deo) Francis joined Community Agribusiness Partners (CAP) as Finance and Administration Manager. Previously he worked for the Clinton Foundation in Tanzania as the Finance and Administration Manager between November 2016 and August 2023. He has also worked at Unilever Tea Company as Sundry Debtors, Creditors, Staff Account Management Accountant, the Finance Officer, Grow Africa Project (IDH Organizations + Unilever), as the Fixed Assets and Project Accountant at Unilever Tea Tanzania, the Operation Accountant at Unilever Tea Company (Internal Auditor), and finally as a Loan Officer at WAT SACCOS in Dar es Salaam. Deo has a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance (BAF) from St John’s University of Tanzania Dodoma with CPA T, studying towards his MBA.

  • Mihambo Shija

    SENIOR AGRIBUSINES MANAGER

    Mihambo Shija joined Community Agribusiness Partners (CAP) as Senior Agribusiness Manager. Previously he worked with the Clinton Foundation in Tanzania in multiple roles over seven years including Senior Business Advisor, Enterprise Development Officer and as a Community Development Officer. From June 2015 to June 2017 worked at World Vision Tanzania, Bwembwera Area Program as a Livelihoods Officer. Mihambo has a bachelor’s degree Agriculture from Sokoine University of Agriculture.
